General terms and policies for Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel, managed by

Booking conditions:
– directly through the online reservation system;

– by e-mail or telephone at the indicated contacts for contact with Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel;

– at the Hotel Reception

1.2. After we receive and process your request, if by email or phone, you will receive a booking confirmation at the email address you provided or by phone.

1.3. In order to confirm your reservation, a required guarantee deposit will be indicated, an amount may be specified, which you must pay in advance before check-in. We expect payment from you within 5 (five) working days after receiving the confirmation. The remainder of your reservation is payable on arrival at the Hotel Reception.

1.4. An amount of up to 100 (one hundred)% of the reservation amount may be specified as a required guarantee deposit for reservations concerning package and holiday offers. No later than 5 (five) working days after receiving the confirmation (unless otherwise agreed), the client must pay the specified deposit.

1.5. Your reservation is valid and is considered finally CONFIRMED after payment of the deposit.

1.6. In case of non-payment within the described period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation unilaterally by the hotel.

1.7. Bookings for the same day or the next day (last minute), which cannot be guaranteed by a deposit, will be valid till 16,00 h of th check-in day, unless confirmed otherwise in written.

2. Payment options:

2.1. Online with debit / credit card for reservations made through the online reservation system.

2.2. By credit or debit card on arrival.

2.3 In cash.

2.4 By Bank transfer

Accommodation prices:

3.1. The price of accommodation is determined according to the current price list, published on the Hotel’s website, in the section Rooms§Prices.

3.2. MANIA BUILD EOOD, has the right to determine prices different from the ones announced in the price list for the days of official holidays and for other periods, which are explicitly determined. The prices of the hotel are dynamic, according to the availability and demand. Certain rate is valid only for the moment of display by the search engine. If it is not booked in that moment, the hotel does not guarantee the same rate for a new search.

4. Conditions for cancellations:

4.1. Cancellation of a reservation made by you, you can do as follows:

– directly through our online reservation system;

– by email or by phone.

4.2. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 7 (seven) days before arrival, the client does not owe a penalty, except in the case of a reservation made on special holiday packages, which additionally describe the terms for reservations and cancellations.

4.3. In case of cancellation of the reservation after 7 (seven) days before arrival, the client owes a penalty of the value of the first night paid as a deposit, except in cases of booking special holiday packages, which further describe the terms of reservations and cancellations.

4.4 Reservation can be considered canceled only after written confirmation by Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel, managed by MANIA BUILD EOOD.

4.5. MANIA BUILD EOOD reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond its control. In these cases:

– Offers the client accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices.

– Refunds the deposit paid by the client and the term for this is specified individually.

5. Accommodation conditions:

5.1. Check-in is from 14:00 until 24:00.

5.2. The accommodation is carried out after the presentation of personal documents proving the identity of the client. The data provided by you are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act.

5.3. Leaving the rooms is no later than 12:00 on the day of release.

5.4. If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, you will need to receive confirmation from the Hotel and find out about the fee that will be applied.

5.5. The premises and common areas of the complex are non-smoking!

5.6. The guests of the complex are obliged to take care of the hotel property. In case of damages, compensation is due.

5.7. When using the services / common areas, relaxation area, restaurant, children’s playground / guests and visitors of the hotel should not disturb the peace of other guests.

5.8. The clients using the services of Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel, managed by
MANIA BUILD EOOD should be of legal age according to the Bulgarian legislation / aged 18 (eighteen) years /. Children are allowed only if they are accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives.

5.9. Customers are obliged not to leave their children unattended on the Hotel premises.
